A recruitment brochure made for prospective higher-level employees looking to apply at Chicago Transit Authority.
My main source of inspiration for this brochure ended up being the rail map of the CTA as it is one of their most well known and well recognized items.
Something I had to consider while making this was that CTA has some brand guidelines. However, I wanted to not only follow them, but also further them and create a recognizable element on top of that to make this brochure memorable and instantly recognizable. In order to do this, I played around with individual letters on the titles of each page creating forms that allude to the rail lines themselves. I also applied a similar technique to the background of the title page which acts as almost an allusion of what is to come on each page while still referencing the CTA rail map. The color choices on each page are also deliberate as they are the individual hex codes of the actual rail lines themselves.
