State of Teams

State of Teams has become an ongoing study by Atlassian that identifies working trends among workers, and solutions for employers for establishing higher performing and happier overall teams.

For this project, I was in charge of updating the design for this web page’s yearly refresh, creating a responsive wireframe, and focusing on the UI function/experience for this site. A lot of the design inspiration was taken from previous years’ web sites to help keep this web page with in theme with the previous years and create a sense of cohesion among them all. But then it became a matter of making it different enough so that it was a noticeable difference each year.

This web page wasn’t being created internally, so I also got to experience working with an external team/company, and collaborating with them to make sure the web page was being created with things such as zooms with the external and internal team, QA testing, and a-sync team messaging.

To the side are final wireframe versions of the site before being sent to the external team to be built (desktop, tablet, mobile), along with a screen recording of the final end product.
